Under the guidance of the founder and inspirer H.H. Sri Sri Sri Tridandi Chinna Srimannarayana Ramanuja Jeeyar Swamiji the Vizianagaram VTSeva took the responsibility of administering a school for Visually Handicapped.

Braille Institute of Education for Visually Handicapped handed over their organization to HH Sri Swamiji. The approval and recognition by the government was completed on May 31st, 2001. Under HH Sri Swamiji's guidance, VTSeva took the responsibility of this Blind School on July 25th, 2001.

Salient Features of the Blind School are:

• About 110 students are enrolled, up to 10th class (grade) here.
  
  
• Free Boarding, Food, Education, books, clothes, study material, and health are provided.
  
  
• Students use Computers equipped with Braille software.
  
  
• State-of-the-art Braille Printer is also provided to the students.
  
  
• Vocational training is also taught to the students in higher classes (grades) so that they can use the skills to be financially independent.
  
  
• Students perform exceptionally well in curriculum, games, and sports. They won State level prizes many times. Click here to watch the sports events.
  
  
• Students also perform arts and cultural activities during special events.
  
  
  
• Dedicated Staff of the school with genuine care for the children are serving with full dedication for educating those Blind children, putting every effort they can.
